SUPER DURABILITY - Qualicoat® Class 2
(C1 – C4 Environment)
Powder Coating shall be Qualicoat compliant Class 2 Powder, Interpon D2525 Colour_____ Code_______, with 25 Year Project warranty and applied by Interpon approved applicator in accordance with Qualicoat specifications. Supply 25 year project warranty.
(C5 – C5+ corrosive Environment)
Aluminium pre-treatment etch rate of at least 2g/m2 in accordance with Qualicoat Seaside specifications.
Powder shall be Interpon AL240P Epoxy Primer + Qualicoat compliant Class 2 topcoat Interpon D2525 Colour_________ Code_________, applied by an Interpon Approved Applicator Supply 25 year project warranty.
• Dry film thickness to be minimum of 70µm on significant surfaces and a minimum of 50µm on non-significant surfaces.
